We will not divulge your name, address or contact information to anybody for any reason unless compelled by a valid warrant presented to us by a law enforcement agency acting under proper court authority. We will inform you immediately when and if we are served such a warrant.
   
   
3. Illegal Activities. We will not protect your confidentiality if you are engaged in illegal activities inclding pornography.
   

B. Protected Registration

1. Ownership Protection. We protect your domain name from attempts by others to pirate your domain name.
   
   
2. Transfer Protection. We protect your domain name from malicious or inadvertent transfer to another owner.
   
   
3. Hijacking Protection. We protect your domain from hijacking and conversion to an illegal website.
   
   
4. Expiration Protection. We guarantee your ownership of your domain for up to one year after your domain fees are in default.
   
   
5. Protection Against Stalkers and Harassers.

C. Guaranteed Registration

1. Guaranteed Renewal. We will notify you of impending domain renewals by email, mail, fax and telephone as required to contact you.
   
   
2. Guaranteed Ownership. We guarantee your ownership of your domain for up to one year in the event you do not renew your domain name and we are unable to contact you.
   

D. Other Services We Provide

1. Official Mail Forwarding. We will promptly forward any mail concerning your domain except unwanted advertising, solicitations and spam. We will advise you by email of the source of any mail so you can have us remail or fax it to you or dispose of it in an enviornmentally friendly manner.
   
   
2. Telephone Messages. We will advise you by email of all legitimate telephone calls and messages so you can handle or ignore them.
   
   
3. Honor Your Requests. We will service your account by honoring your requests quickly and efficiently. This service includes pointing your domain to the correct name servers and masking your domain as you request.

E. Services We Will Not Provide

1. We do not certify the truth of advertising and claims made on your website as being truthful and reliable. We recommend Blue Mesa Certification for this purpose.
   
   
2. We will not support nor provide services for any illegal activity of any kind -- including pornography.
