As a professional, one of the most important things you need to do is to become and remain credible. The public is very fickle and they will turn on you in a moment if you lose your credibility.

Captive certification boards under the control of a manufacturer, distributor, dealer, association or education organization have no credibility with licensing boards or other regulatory agencies. If you doubt this for one moment, please check out Paula King's website.

Unfortunately, most healthcare certification boards are not credible because they are controlled by a manufacturer, distributor, dealer, association or educational organization with a vested interest in giving you a piece of worthless paper for a hefty fee.

We suggest you avoid these healthcare certification boards and choose one that's accredited and independent of manufacturers, distributors, dealers, associations and educators. Here's the list of boards I endorse because they have hiogh standards and they are accredited and independent:

Health Certification Board certifies health coaches -- a very highly recommended title for avoiding licensing board and governmental agency problems.

Natural Therapies Certification Board certifies coaches, specialists and technicians in the natural therapies professions. This is the largest and most respected board in the natural therapies professions.

Nutrition Certification Board certifies nutrition coaches -- another highly recommended title for non-licensed healthcare professionals wiching to avoid problems with licensing boards and governmental agencies.

Traditional Homeopath License Commission licenses certified homeopath coaches as traditional homeopaths.

Traditional Naturopath License Commission licenses certified naturopath coaches as traditional naturopaths.

Why do I endorse these boards?
